Finding Out I Was PREGNANT!

So this is how i found out i was pregnant!! 

We had just returned from Our Honeymoon in Beautiful Bali!!

After returning from our trip, about 2 weeks later... I was due for my period..OMG

It didn't show up.OMG. So i went ahead and looked at an App i had downloaded called "MY DAYS" on playstore. It's an App that helps you keep track of our period cycles and also days when fertility is high and the day of your expected Ovulation! 

I had a mild heart attack after looking at it... If you know what i mean...

Part of me wanted to believe i was pregnant! 

Im pregnant!! Awesome!! Young mummy!! First grandchild for both sides family!! Grandma becomes a Great Grandma!! Cute little belly!! Get to play dress up if its a baby girl!! A little Baby in the house!! Oh how cute!! Get to shop for baby clothes,shoes and prepare for baby's arrival!! This is so exciting!! Breaking the news is going to be soooo much fun!! 

And the other part of me was terrified of the idea! 

Me?? Pregnant? A mother? No Alcohol?? hahahhaha! Am i ready?? Do we have what it takes to raise a baby??Will i be a good mummy? Is he ready?? Are we financially okay?? Do i have to give up everything?? Labour?? Pain?? Stretch Marks maybe?? Gaining weight?? Getting fat?? Will i lose the weight?? Morning sickness??Diapers?? Puke??No More Sleep??Depression??Can i handle it??

How is this possible? Its our so called "First Try" so to speak!

Maybe im just over-thinking! I cant possibly be pregnant!

That was pretty much what was going on in my head!The good and the bad!! 

Oh well... you gotta find out sometime soon right??

So i broke the news to gabriel(The Husband) That i may be possibly highly pregnant!

It went really well.. he was super excited and we headed off to Watsons to buy...

THE PREGNANCY KIT!!!

Time to pee!!! Moment of truth!!! Soooo....I peeeee-ed on the stick and we waited!!! 

When i came back after about 25mins....

THIS IS WHAT SHOWED UP ON THE PEE STICK!

I DONT KNOW IF YOU CAN SEE THAT SECOND FAINT PURPLE LINE..   

So we were still confused and not sure if there was a line or not or were we just imagining a purple line! So we decided to wait for a few days and re do the pregnancy test! 

AND THIS TIME WE BOUGHT THE EARLY PREGNANCY KIT!

We were at  Lido Orchard waiting to go see a movie... and i had the kit in my bag! I just wanted to pee on it and KNOW ALREADY!! So i went to the toilet... and did it! 

I waited for 10 mins!

AND THIS TIME!! THE SECOND PURPLE LINE WAS PRETTY OBVIOUS!

"IM PREGNANT" 

Came out of the toilet and hugged and kissed gabriel and said "We're Pregnant Baby"!!!

Best Moment Ever!!!

Called all my Cousins!! Called the entire family!! And they were SCREAMING!!! SCREAMING!! 

Hahahahahahahaha it was so funny!! Couldn't make out what they were saying but i knew they were so happy and excited for me!

CAN YOU SEE THAT SUPER FAINT SECOND LINE? It got darker after a while!

 Then when the weekend came.. We headed to the Doctor just to get a Doctors confirmation on the Pregnancy! And also to get some folic acid and prenatal vitamins!

 THIS TIME! YOU COULD SO SEE THE SECOND PURPLE LINE! IT WAS PRETTY MUCH SCREAMING IN MY FACE!
